Pros
Where do I start, I can compare working at MVS AV much like having an extended work family, yes we squabble once in a while, like all passionate families, but this is borne from all our combined desires to deliver an exemplary service to our growing client base. We are a diverse group of professionals who each bring our distinct skills to the table and this benefits not only our clients but also the MVS AV Team. We are very social and have numerous out of hours social events over the year that enhances our understanding and connection with our colleagues.
Cons
Without appearing like a company man, there are no real deal breaker cons to working at MVS AV, perhaps the only thing I suspect we would all agree on is that sometimes the workload can be a little spikey i.e. projects don't often land in equal levels across the months, this leads to some frenetic activity across all the departments, but it's better to be busy than twiddling your thumbs.
