Pros

A very good value of commission and you can get it weekly. Potentially to earn with at least RM8XX per week if you really do well. All people in the company is very friendly, they won't let you alone, always there to help and cheer you up. You can actually learn (as they taught one to one with personal trainer for newcomers) on how to do proper manner in marketing with physically promoting charity. Every week got random free dinner and night sports such as badminton, futsal, bowling, etc. They will help you from zero to hero but only if you're doing it right. Easy to climb up the organizations to earn more.

Cons

You basically approaching public to promote your charity so that people will donate with monthly subscription then only you'll get your commission. You will earn your money only if you managed to get one person to sign 1-month subscription and onwards, towards the charity with different type of plans. There'll be no basic salary and so on as it fully depends on your sales. No sign, no money la. You also have to travel by yourself to different location to promote your charity that assigned to you. Need to wear formal attire so if you're lucky, you get the spot with aircond and if you don't, then good luck in finding shop with aircond. If you're introvert, just don't even think to join because you really need to approach people and I'd have trouble with that.

Pros

Idk for me personally there no "good" point

Cons

I left my previous job (which paid RM2300) for this role, thinking it would be a proper, stable position — big mistake on my part. What I didn’t realize until I started was that the job basically involved standing by the roadside and approaching random strangers to talk about “NGO programs.” It was pitched to me as a sales or marketing role involving events, but in reality, it was more like door-to-door fundraising — except outdoors. The more people you convince to “donate monthly,” the more commission you earn. No basic salary, no benefits, just commission. Personally, it felt very suspicious — like the “NGO” part was just being used as a cover to make it sound noble. I felt misled because the job description and briefing made it seem like something totally different. If you’re a fresh graduate just looking for any experience and don’t mind commission-only street work, maybe it’s worth a try. But if you’re expecting a real office job, please, do your research first. I learned my lesson the hard way.
