The overall environment is extremely hostile because of the CEO who thinks that it is okay to yell at her staff and make them feel like ants when she is not a saint. As an intern you will be constantly abused and picked on by the CEO. She will make you do work that a paid employee is supposed to do. I also noticed that she lies a lot as well about the background of her staff on phone calls, so that she can get more clients (pathetic).
The CEO will also ask you to do something then speak to you like a stray/wet dog until she get's what she wants. I would never work there again.... ever... BEWARE. All of the previous reviews that are positive and have 5 stars are probably fake because everyone who worked there when I was there hated it and were planning to leave, so I wouldn't be surprised if the CEO herself wrote those reviews herself to make her company look good due to all of the horrible reviews - just look at the dates they were posted and use your judgement!
