You get to watch your manager drink

From one manager constantly lying to the other one behind the bar who drinks and then leaves early to go drink more. No management helps out with side work when the restaurant is busy. Even the assistant to the manager when she is serving and taking part of the tip pool. Completely disorganized. Racist. If you are a seasoned server stay far away. You will not be appreciated. Schedules come out the day before the week your supposed to know your schedule. They make you give time off requests as early as possible while reminding you that they are requests and not guaranteed. You can't plan your life at all.
