      - Respect there employees - Take the time to train new employees - Excellent working environment - Everyone is kind and respectful - Management is honest and open to new ideas - Stress free (for me anyways) - Flexible - Good benefits

      Cons

      Not sure if they are any cons, but rather than improvements - Insurance (were we can go wo referral)
