Pros

Amazing team atmosphere. The excitement level in the office is unlike any other job I've had in the past. I love my teammates, and see them as family.

Cons

Atmosphere room is really hot sometimes. Other than that, no cons.

Pros

-Friendly and fun atmosphere and coworkers, doesn't even feel like work half of the day -Surprisingly flexible and accommodating to my schedule -Great comission percentage, can make a lot of money. -Great training program that enables you to do well -Leadership skills aquired -Even if you do not stay, the experience looks great on your resumé -Positive attitudes -Competitive yet helpful environment -Office outings -Travel -After learning strategies, the sales aspect becomes fun and easy -Goal oriented -Great for character development -No seniority -No politics -Constantly learning -Freedom and independence when working in the field (can take breaks when you want to) -Freedom of dress within the means of professionalism -Feeds your drive and motivation to do well

Cons

-Must sacrifice free time to be successful -Very demanding in time and energy -Some days, no sales=spent 10 hour work day with no pay -Must stay positive ALL the time and that may not be realistic but helps in the long run -Long hours -No base pay, requires hard work, this job is not for lazy people. -Not reimbursed for gas (you are required to drive long distances) -"if you're on time, then you're late" policy is kind of annoying. -No paid vacation -No benefits -You are working, even when you are not at work (customer calls, writing your own review every week, write your own pay spreadsheet, writing speeches and presentations) -First 3 levels of promotion you do not get paid more even though you are doin 3 times more work as entry level account executives.
