      Pros

      Very laid back, managers are understanding, there are vending machines, transitioning into a store at the moment, on Saturdays the managers bring you food.

      Cons

      Managers are not interested in helping with your customers if there is a problem, the GM is not involved in anything just sits in his office. They do not pay base just straight commission so if you do not sell anything you are basically working for free. This job is not for the weak minded.

      Culture has made a big improvement with the new CEO. Mgmt listens to feedback and tries to make things better. Work life balance is improving

      Pay could be better, not bad but not up to current market values
