Pros
Job Security. Growth opportunities. Profit sharing, scheduled raises, stock opportunities. Family run and employee owned. Only 3 president/CEO's in 66 year history. Company keeps getting better at what they do and how they do it. Team oriented atmosphere
Cons
Aging workforce on the floor is worn thin. As a result, the workforce is very divided in some areas. Assembly department has a very high turnover. Training of younger employees in manufacturing department is inconsistent. Since company has grown so much in the past 20 years, management has little or no time to fix these problems, which could cost the company in the long run.
