Pros

None; I declined a second interview and did not work here. This company didn't exist on Glassdoor prior to me writing this, but I'd be remiss if I didn't share and couldn't do so elsewhere on this site.

Cons

Obsessed with education and not relevant experience. I would never hire a company that didn't have the best suited team. This mentality makes me not only want to avoid them as a service provider but I wouldn't count on them for a solid career; people deserve better.

Pros

I have to say that the only Pro was that you were getting paid hourly as well as supposed to although I guess I didn't really make it to that point but yeah but the amount you're getting paid is not worth as much work as they're going to try to make you do as soon as you have to enter everything manually... when it's already on thecommission's computer.

Cons

They're impatient, inconsiderate, disingenuous; talk negatively about each other all the time rudely gossiping like children no matter what they're doing and then put a smile on their face to play pretend that they're decent human beings acting all polite to each other. They expect you to enter all of the data that's already on the sever manually into a spreadsheet because they can't seem to figure out how to streamline it into the spreadsheets automatically when the information is all already digitized on the smart office, nor do they give you a time to adjust to their set schedule or show any compassion or understanding for extenuating circumstances such adjusting to your new job on the same week as your mother's; (who you found dead on the kitchen floor of your childhood home when you were 16); Death-a-versary, or your puppy almost dying and going up in the pet hospital because of said job, or worst you ending up in the hospital with food poisoning; yeah it seems things like that they don't really care to consider while deciding to lay you off the same week you were hired. Worst week of my entire life; it's way too much work for not enough pay and their intolerant to life circumstances that occur.
