Pros

Few and far between. The chance to leave for something better (which is almost anything) was there. A few aspects of the work can be interesting (though not many). The clients were ok for the most part. Evanston can be a decent location if you live on the north shore. Otherwise it is an awful location. Hard to get to and full of aging hippies.

Cons

You will hate your life. This company legitimately weighed on my psyche and self esteem. Management insults and disrespects you on a daily basis. The owners are a pair of thick-skulled, bigoted nimwits. Pay is bad. Hours are long. Stress is bountiful. Most of all, the work is extremely boring. If you enjoy reading real estate contracts over and over and over again, while getting shot in the face with rock salt, by all means work at MacMunnis. Otherwise, stay away.

Pros

You will learn so much! MacMunnis team is very intelligent and knowledgeable. At MacMunnis you'll certainly have the chance to take on big projects and work with senior executives of many Fortune 500 Companies. I was provided with the tools to grow within my position and become a experienced professional in a field that I love! The company has been growing and expanding its businesses internationally. Very diverse and friendly environment. Great Benefits package: health insurance and paid vacation!!! I'm very grateful for the chance to work at MacMunnis.

Cons

You will be very busy sometimes (usually during the second week of each month). It can be difficult to get that work/life balance.

Pros

The owners and most of the staff are a friendly, hard-working group. It's a small office, so you get to know everyone fairly quickly. The compensation is fair the hours are mostly standard.

Cons

They are lacking the tech needed to function efficiently for the amount of clients they handle. Also better training is needed for new staff joining the team. Overtime is discouraged however its seems like the only way to get work all the work done on time. They need to hire more people to distribute the work load better.
