      Pros

      Mace have a strong Health Safety and Wellbeing culture with 'Safety first, going home safe and well' as their first core value. This is really lived through the organisation. With strong safety programs and governance and a really good health and wellbeing program and annual surveys and action plans this is being embedded in Mace's foundation.

      Cons

      There is a lot of reporting required even though its a privately owned company, and they have too many systems/tools that are not all integrated.
