      Reasonable, down to earth people. The company is still growing strongly.

      Cons

      I was essentially used as outsourced commercial resource for the MoD with no real (Mace) support. I had no visibility within the company. Impartial assessment for one's work and progression is non-existent. The only way to go up a grade is to apply for individual jobs.
