      No growth opportunities. Plays favorites, always sell what cannot be delivered. Do not stand up for staff with customers.

      Pros

      Ideal place for self-guided, top-talent individuals who don't like to be micromanaged. The kitchen is stocked with snacks, drinks, and beer.

      Cons

      Growth and change have been slow, but it definitely seems to be heading in the right direction, especially with the CEO (Mike Lampron) we have in place now. Company-wide communication at times can be weak but has gotten a lot better over the past 4 months.
