-Welcoming & encouraging team -Involved & supportive management -Proactive to making necessary changes to support and better the team -Fair compensation -Frequent (but not too many) check-ins -Weekly team touch-ins & meetups -Team jumps in to help. If you reach out for assistance, you get it. -Despite being in a remote office, I was given lots of opportunities to meet the rest of the team and stay connected. -I was the only woman on my team and always felt included and valued. -Great work life balance. I was not overworked.

-The US sector of the company is still developing/growing; therefore, benefits could improve. -Other than that, Machinex Technologies is a great company to work for and I am proud to say I spent some time as a part of the team!

- Management is open to employee ideas / new technologies - Work on concrete application & interesting systems (robots, vision systems, etc.) - Lots of autonomy - Good working environment - You are encouraged to learn new things

- Documentation / training is spotty (they are working on it) - Not suitable for people who are inexperienced, lack autonomy or are disturbed by rapid change of priorities
