      Nothing significant to mention, except that it gave me firsthand experience of how mismanaged companies operate.

      Cons

      For new joiners: They will pay full proper salary for the first 2 months, then start delaying and eventually stop salary without valid reasons. *No proper HR support, policies are just on paper. *Toxic work environment with zero transparency. *Career growth is almost impossible – no structured learning or development. *Projects lack clarity and direction, making work frustrating. #Advice to New Joiners & Investors: Do not get attracted by false promises. Be aware of salary withholding practices and lack of ethics. This company is unsafe for your career and unreliable for investment.

      Pros

      - Marketing has a great team with a growth and win mindset - Everyone in marketing truly has a voice here no matter our title - Everyone pitches in even if that means getting outside our comfort zone, but this means a lot of personal growth. - Lots of growth opportunity if you get your stuff done, you will get rewarded - Everyone now pulls their own weight and there are no more people that just sit and collect checks. - Marketing has come a long way since I first started and we continue to get better everyday.

      Same cons you would expect from any smaller organization that is growing, but that comes with some great agility.
