Every month we have meals/activities out in Leeds if we hit target, and the top billers do half-year trips abroad. - They have invested in new technology, including AI CRM system which makes menial tasks autonomous.

- The hours can be long, and you'll face lots of rejection when you first start. You're putting in lots of hard work but if you stick at it, the rewards are definitely worth it.

I just realised that this is an industry I couldn't see myself in long term but I am thankful for the support I was given for the year I was here. * Lack of flexibility when you first start.
