Nice to have a big canteen to socialise and eat in -Glass house building is very swank -Mostly professional people working here -Company you are proud to have on your CV
Cons
-Due to the size of the company there is a long chain of things like approvals to buy new equipment -Have to follow a certain process to escalate issues which can be quite long winded -Within the technical department there is a sense of 'We don't cover this take it back' -Christmas party big let down, no dinner or entertainment. Expect a bit more from such a big company.
