      - Nowhere to get food close to the office as it is so remote - Difficult to progress with your career or get a salary raise

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Owner purchased the company for it's install base and immediately fired most everyone. After 24 years of service was only provided with 2 weeks severence.
