Pros
Supportive culture in facilities management giving you lots of autonomy day to day and very "look forward" "how do we fix it" when things don't go to plan. Overall makes it feel safe to try hard to make a difference. Just gone independent from Mace and with things to pick up they used to do for us. Business growing quickly. Both giving personal growth opportunities if that's what you're keen on.
Cons
Can be a bit hectic with the MBO at the moment, sometimes feeling there's a bit too much to do. Should settle down, but be ready for a fast ride right now.
