Good benefits - Manager MacroHealth Employee Review

As a serial startup employee with experience at large corporations due to acquisitions, I have to say MacroHealth is the best of both worlds. I have been really impressed with the planning and focus of the leadership team, while also keeping an innovative spirit throughout the company. The solutions we are building are important in an increasingly expensive healthcare industry and I believe we have the team to make a real impact. I’ve been really happy with my team, my manager, and my workload. Out of all the startups I’ve been at I can see myself staying here the longest.

Typical growing pains of a young organization. Sometimes there isn’t always executive alignment on initiatives, teams can sometimes be stretched thin, subject matter expertise is sometimes lacking, etc.

There is always a balanced focus on growing the business, making an impact, and supporting team members. There are a lot of smart, engaged people working hard to make that happen and things change quickly. We share in the successes and celebrate accomplishments at both the team level and for each person.

As with any high-growth company, there is continual change and some things are in "build" mode which can be exciting and motivating for some and not a fit for other candidates.
