Easy work Once you've worked at Macrobond pretty much anything will seem better If willing to learn more than just the Macrobond software you can acquire useful skills for other roles (but it's a hard sell) Easy application process Competence isn't necessary for success Low pay opens up job market

Truly Toxic management, culture is beyond awful with management encouraging employees to back stab Managers lie and treat employees as idiots Low skilled work VERY low pay Incompetent HR Laughable finance department Stay too long and it's difficult to move to a sensible company or job High turnover - those that can leave Boiler room high pressure sales techniques Arbitrary pricing and negotiation ......
