In fact, we’re actively hiring talented engineers to join our team. Health Insurance: We switched providers this year to save employees money, covering 90% of HDHP costs—well above the industry benchmark. Transitioning plans caused some delays in enrollment updates, and we apologize for any inconvenience. Our HR team works quickly to resolve issues as soon as they’re reported and is improving processes to prevent future disruptions. Employee Engagement: We strive to create a vibrant workplace with events like Bring Your Kids to Work Day, International Women’s Day, holiday parties, pizza days, free snacks, coffee, and more. This year, we’re excited to celebrate Mad Mobile’s 15th anniversary with our team. Work Environment: Our leadership trusts employees to deliver results. Security measures, like cameras, are in place for safety and to protect our space, not to monitor daily activities.
