- Central location and new office space - No weekend or overtime work required - because the firm is struggling to being it in - The male senior associates in the environment and planning group are hot
Cons
- Firm pays terribly, and misuses performance reviews to justify no promotion or pay increases - No responsibility or accountability for partner or senior associate misbehavior or favoritism - There is no culture at the firm because all the partners are from different top tier firms so all the different groups have their own sub-culture
