Very challenging work that gets potential employees excited

Same as all companies right now. Not enough candidates

They are doing some crazy cool stuff. Major props to them for staying afloat these past couple of years. They are one of the few companies doing something truly unique by focusing on additive manufacturing in space.

There was less collaboration between engineers than I would like, but everyone was very friendly if approached. The location of the office is in Moffett Field, which is fairly deserted and quiet. More life needs to be injected in the general area.
