Pros
Opportunity to contribute. A growing team, a program that cares about trauma, provides services for families who are need support within a system that isn't working that well...this is a program that is really trying to do something different and better.
Cons
Everyone is working so hard. It's hard to take time-out. The team is small, peers who are toxic can really spoil my day. You can tell that management are mindful and striving to create a strong program and good place to work. I feel supported.
