Pros
- flexibility in work environment - had an autonomous role which I love (no micro-managing) - gave us all the tools we needed - room for growth - never been disappointed with my promotions - one-on-ones to check in with you as frequently as you prefer - I'd get recognition every so often (didn't have this at old jobs) so that's nice - employee of the month is nice too - management really cares, you're not just another employee. The leadership will really go out of their way to help you - seems they're headed in the right direction, seems there's a good vision for the future - My manager would always value my input and be interested to know my opinion on how we conduct our work
Cons
- small company so there are growing pains but that is to be expected with any where
