Friendly company with co-workers that feel like family. Opportunities for growth. Nice branding. I've had two bosses during my time here, and both were kind, communicative and were great at management. The business overall has always seemed like it was doing great--its many patrons are incredibly diverse.

Sometimes closing can extend late into night. It's very hectic if you don't like angry moms. The store at the time, was also too fearful of Yelp's influence and would bend backwards to get more positive reviews--but that may have changed since then.

Full-access to company material and information. This gives a hands-on approach to making reports, preparing financial statements, and organizing information. You can always ask questions by G-Chat or dial an extension to get a more detailed answer. It is fun to work around toys and being able to purchase them too at a great discount!

Evaluate yourself on a regular basis and keep track of your daily work flow and job expectations. You won't get a review or feedback which can be frustrating, so make sure to address your concerns as they come up.
