Pros

I learned a lot of skills in Magic and became a much more effective manager of tasks, time, and people. The workplace was generally extremely supportive and team-oriented and everyone was picks up after everyone so there's room to make mistakes.

Cons

The pay is terribly low even for an outsourced job. It's a given considering that the work is generally "low-skilled" but at the same time in terms of the amount of gruntwork being done with respect to time, it is simply not a great job for people who need a living wage. Considering that I got considered for promotion within just 4 months of the job, I feel like it's a job better left to people who in essence are seeking paid internships like college students who don't really need the money to get by.
