Very bad orgaization - Frontend Developer Magic EdTech Employee Review

There are too many cons. 1. So much of politics, no matter if you are hard working or not, you should be lick the a*s of your manager and top level management to be highlighted. 2. HR team is horrible 3. There is too much work pressure, and they ask to work late at night and on weekends. 4. No job stability, they are reducing teams every year because they have very less projects 5. They post fake job opening, just to be highlighted in the market.
