Pros
Few projects were quite interesting and challenging. You get sufficient flexibility a fixed bid project can offer. Your innovative ideas or solutions are always listened, debated and nurtured. The CEO has a great skill of listening to every employee about what he does and what is his problems, which is the best part of the organization I should say. If you sincerely contribute, you will shine.
Cons
Sometimes project managers were too rigid and did not show sufficient negotiation skills. Also, few managers used to believe hard work is always better than smart work and did not allow changes.
