Pros
I wish I had some..They use Legos to this day....but told ME not to use them constantly...I am a certified LEGO Instructor....never understood that. All the pictures I see now....LEGOS LEGOS LEGOS.
Cons
Major confusion on job title and unrealistic expectations. Always under stress. I was hired as a manager.....I have an outstanding background in this field and was made to feel incompetent and NEVER said I was a curriculum designer....I am a teacher...and a manager....a good one. They let me go over some stupid computer glitch or shenanigans from other unhappy employee that caused a big train wreck...made me look real bad....I felt horrible about what happen but it was not just my fault.....I had a just out of college first job employee telling ME what to do then messing with my head because I could not do anything right....watched my notes I put in computer disappear right before my eyes...then told that can't happen. Whelp....it did. Then I got blamed when something didn't go as planned....anyone that has worked with me KNOWS I take working with kids and business.....serious. That new gal was so stressed ALL the time....no lunch, come early, stay late, don't complain...to hot, to cold, don't drink the water. OMG....
