Pros
good developers around, happy and positive environment. unless management people wont enter the room. good exposure to the beginners.
Cons
they promise if we work on holidays we are getting paid, it was a lie. hell lot of work, never left office on 7, but yes many times worked till late nights, so no work life balance at all. when I got sick I unable to worked for half month and I had many leaves left with me, but still when salary came its of half month. they have no empathy towards employee at all, when it come to work they ask you lot of things, but when you got sick no one is there to ask you how you are doing you are fine or not, instead they give you half months salary in reward, if you are joining this company join it on on your own risk.
