      Pros

      Most the employees were awesome but the best move on. This is a stepping stone job at best.

      Cons

      Management, starting with the president. Never met a more hubristic person in my life. He made it hell for the engineers. Pressure caused ALL to leave the company.

      Family owned, 2nd generation. Strong leadership Team. Financially sound, been in business for 75 yrs. Great people. Strong Core Values. Low turnover. Invests back into the company, technology, infrastructure, equipment, people

      Compensation is a more bonus based model, which isn’t for everyone so it can be challenging finding good talent and retaining talent. However, leaders are addressing base compensation and retention strategies
