Work-life balance is good and limited working hours are limited

Less salary and less increment.

Good place for learn new product and technical things. Salary time to time. no shifts only general shift 9 to 6. supportive staff. good technical team for backend support.

1) Increment is the big issue. 2)almost all engineers having same post. 3)PB (performance bonus) no guaranty getting full PB in every quarter. PB amount will deduct from your salary not from company. 4)6 day's working. Saturday not holiday. 5)If you work on project then you will responsible for all coordination with customer like technical non technical. 6)They are not having any remote tool for remote support. 7)They are totally customer oriented. 8)health insurance policy is very chip. 9)HR management is very poor. 10)They will not provide to you any dedicated laptop or desktop for work even covid situation employee need to buy or use own laptop or desktop for WFH. 11)Two month notice period and FNF after 45 day's. means if you left the Org. you will get the two month salary and FNF after 3.5 month. this is the big issue. 12)If you not share your new company details they will hold your FnF.
