Somewhat typical corporate environment. A little above average in terms of authenticity, but as with any job the key thing is your relationship with your immediate manager. If that's good then the rest of the rah-rah hard to follow corporate-speak and the joke of the goal setting process is not too much of a bother. A lot of good people do work here.
