Pros

Free food once in a while.

Cons

Fabulous office used to recruit staff is a dirty industrial space that leaves a HVAC odor on your clothes after you get home. Nitro coffee machine never works and people that smoke rummage through your lunch bag in the refrigerator. Initial training is so minimal that you are expected to read minds to figure out what is going on and where you can help out. There was a clique between three lead staff members where work was prioritized to others against anyone they felt threatened by. There's also no training on proper procedures so they would rather yell at you for doing something wrong than coach you along. If management has a problem with you they will talk about you while you are across the room or walk by and give you a middle-finger. Not great company culture as they claim to have.

Thanks for your feedback. As a leadership team we frequently ask our team members for their thoughts and feedback around benefits, perks, scheduling, and processes. We utilize feedback as a tool for continuous improvement. Over the last year we have been working tirelessly to create solid processes that have improved our business across all departments. We have created an in depth and evolving tech-training program that is streamlined and has been really well received. We meet with technicians regularly to discuss goals and create pathways for their growth, we are sorry you were unable to grow with us during this exciting time. We are moving into our new office early 2023 as a result of our phenomenal success over the last year!

Pros

Magnitech is a great company to work for. If you are looking for a small, family environment, with growth opportunity, this is your spot. Everyone who works at Magnitech is really nice, and actually cares about you. The company has individuals on staff who are there to help you grow in your career and make sure your voice is heard. If you're hungry to learn, you'll excel even more. They like to have fun and frequently have company events. You get to work from home on Fridays. The CEO started as a tech at an MSP so he gets it and wants to make a difference. Magnitech is changing the MSP game.

Cons

Some reviews may point out some growing pains but Magnitech and the CEO have implemented policies and procedures to ensure these are not an issue. The CEO seriously cares about everyone who works there.
