Former work - Sales Magnitudo Employee Review

Current employees seem to be passionate about the company. People seem quite friendly and it is a positive environment.

When I was contacted for my interviews, my experience was not at all what I had expected in regards to the job description or even what I was told in my first interview. The second "interview" is a full day of un-paid shadowing. I spent the day with someone who proved to be very unprofessional but seemed oblivious to the fact. We proceeded to spend the entire day entering businesses uninvited and trying to get them to change to a certain service provider. If they were hesitant the magnitudo employee said things to them that made them feel like they were in trouble and had no choice but to talk to them. The experience felt like the equivalent of cold-calling and being hung up on. It was very uncomfortable and definitely not a job suited for everyone. This was just my experience and this job may be perfect for some people and perhaps I just got a very bad first impression. But their trainers should probably be coached on how to act professional and appropriate while trying to recruit new employees.

Amazing atmosphere, outstanding people, and a true opportunity. I had the pleasure of working with the CEO for over a year, and dont regret a single day of it. Logan puts his heart into everything he does, and although is not perfect, is a great friend, a great CEO, and a great business partner. This business will teach you everything you need to know about yourself. People who say it has long hours, they forget that they chose those hours. People who say that they were ¨brainwashed¨ are the same people who stood there excited and screaming when their collegues were speaking. The people who have such negative comments are those who have once believed in themselves and now have failed and are upset. This company has been the reason why I am so successful at what I do, from my sales abilities all the way to public speaking and leadership. I love this company, I love its CEO, I highly reccommend it to anyone who has the courage to try something different.

Dont let the business fool you into believing its easy money. It is performance based. That is a con for some people and a huge pro for others. This business exposes who you really are. For some people that could be a lazy person who doesn´t want to earn and work hard for their living, and for others it could reveal a true passion for self development, ambition, and work ethic. For a lot of people, being exposed is a huge con.
