      Pros

      Good working environment, high employee retention rate. They encourage finding a better way. Very supportive of listening to any ideas and giving you an opportunity to prove it one way or the other. Genuinely care about people and involved in the community charity events. Vacation hours are earned at the end of each month based on hours worked. Opportunities to work overtime, great company cookouts. Strong customer base and product demand. Free coffee and doughnuts at break. Flexible work hours when needed as in time off for appointments.

      Cons

      starting pay is higher than many companies but one still needs to work the overtime.

      Pros

      The culture and people are great here. The pay is relatively competitive for the market. The company is growing quickly and you get a lot of exposure to many areas of the business. The parent company Ducommun is reinvesting heavily back into Magseal with new manufacturing equipment and renovation of the building. Bonus structure is strong incentive and keeps employee engagement and morale up, week to week, and quarter to quarter.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better. Average PTO (3 weeks and 1 sick week). Average health care, dental, and vision plans. Below average 401K match (50% match on 6%).

      None at all but quitting

      Cons

      Management is not present, they seem to spend all day in the office sniffing coke and talking racist smack on social media rather than work
