The company cares about their employees, and work hard to make sure you know you're not just a number. It is a smaller company and so it has a more tight knit feel.

I do not have any cons.

Strong, experienced management team. Family-owned environment. Owner cares about employees. Challenging and interesting work.

Seasonal nature of the industry makes it stressful or require long hours at certain times of the year. Salaries on the low side outside of upper-level management.
