      Cons

      Seasonal nature of the industry makes it stressful or require long hours at certain times of the year. Salaries on the low side outside of upper-level management.

      The company cares about their employees, and work hard to make sure you know you're not just a number. It is a smaller company and so it has a more tight knit feel.

      Cons

      Seasonal business, so work hours can be over 40 per week during certain periods, small company so not a lot of room for advancement
