Bad management People from other offices were rude Sneaky

Great coworkers- that are not management

Management is horrific. Made up of people who have never done the hands on job. They have no idea what it is like to work directly with patients. They critique you on time management when they do not see the daily tasks that are involved when working one on one with patients. It’s all about numbers for management. They do not care about the patients. Truthfully, they do not care about the employees either. Everyone is replaceable and they make that known. If I didn’t love the patients and what I do, I wouldn’t have lasted as long as I did.
