Good company to work for - Security Officer Main Line Protection Services Employee Review

MLPS is family owned & operated company who always made me feel part of their team. I enjoyed working with the team of Senior Managers, Managers, Law Enforcement Level Guards, Security Officers, Office staff and all the clients/contractors. I had the privilege to service with.

Cons are (as in most security businesses) the turnaround of hiring and firing/leaving employee's were so high. The team was overworked with constantly having to train new officers, that some of their work, would get half of the attention needed.

Good pay and fair work schedule.

Difficult to schedule breaks at times.
