It is hard to think of reasons to work here. There are opportunities to make money and grow your skills. However, you will be crushed under the weight of bad management.
Cons
Failure to train or onboard properly. No organization from the top down. No buy in from employees to support company mission. Extreme micromanagement for no reason. Gossip and bulls*** daily making the office a toxic place to work. Pride themselves on believing they are family friendly but don’t create an environment where good work/life balance is encouraged. Insist on forcing people to work from the office even though it is chaotic, loud, and inefficient. Have multiple meetings weekly that could be emails or not meetings at all to further micromanage and hurt productivity. Company as a whole is not forward thinking or process improvement minded. Working here was hell. Nepotism reigns. There are several people who make decisions about hiring/firing based on personality alone and “fitting in” like a bunch of mean girls in high school. Quality of work and dedication is not seen, appreciated, or compensated. Run away, far far away. Glad I got out. Their bad treatment of employees is reflected in their bottom line and high turn over.
