It was a pleasant experience and a great place to get a feel for a medium sized santa barbara business.

At times rather disorganized. Sometimes outside personal issues staged a little to much time in the office. Cost cutting also became an issue.

They provide company vehicles and you travel locally around Southern California. Some flexibilty in the scheduling and days to work. Occasional overtime.

The company vehicle can't be driven outside of a certain geographical area. They report speed and location. The pay is based on appointments that are out of your control.
