1. No flexible time
2. Worst HR ( please do equality to every employee)
3. Salary will never be on time( every month it comes after 10th day)
4. Only one leave per month..except this no extra leaves( medical leaves nothing)
5. Internal politics on incentives though it is very less.
6. When u will leave the company..they will clear your dues after 45 days and more ...and will digest your incentives ....they will not give u a single penny of your incentives.

there are no pros about this company, i don't know how long will they survive in the market.
