Flexibility, No Micro-Management, Amazing Work-Life Balance,

Lack of communication, not much room for growth, not very many bonuses/raises

Treats its employees very well. Provides opportunities for learning/growth. The team is fantastic! Can honestly say that I LIKE my coworkers as both professionals and as people and enjoy seeing them every day.

Still growing, but the management team is super diligent about making sure any growing pains get ironed out right away.
