Don't even bother applying unless you want to work 60 hours a week. Please cut off your thumb and leave it at the door, or it will not be enough. There is a lack of employee relations and absolutely no protocols for anything! This company will go the way of the Dinosaurs. People in certain positions are incredibly sensitive and will do anything they can to get you out. Everything you do is being watched, every facial motion and every sneeze and cough. If they don't like you, you will be gone. They let some people get away with murder and let others coast by, just because of who they are. They hire incompetent morons to be their operations directors. I have seen several of them that don't seem to know how to do their jobs correctly. Also, the core software that runs the entire operation crashes and doesn't work sometimes for weeks on end! Your customers are furious about the lack of consistency. Buying reviews does not make you a better company by the way. This turned out to be the worst experience of my life. I can't believe they even call this startup a company.
