lacks basic management, job security, salary, over ambitious projects leading to overtime even on weekends

Good Projects, Nice for a Freshers

I had my interview 5-6 times, they won’t inform you about their decision. Big MNC where 100-200 applicants also get their mail of confirmation within 3-4 days. Here in 4-5 applicants they will be soo busy in work that they won’t be able to reply after 15-20 days also. Payment date is not fixed, if scheduled on 5th day it can be credited by 25th day you have to adjust. Company of 12-15 employees where more than 5 wants to quit. Every week there will be interviews and new recruitment process but they will not hire anyone.
