Pros

A few genuinely kind and hard-working coworkers, aesthetically pleasing hotels and restaurants (at least customer-facing areas - but rooms and office spaces leave a lot to be desired.)

Cons

So many cons it's hard to narrow down but this company rips off employees and customers alike. The facilities are shoddily constructed and every concept lacks long term planning so it's a constantly chaotic environment and long hours, weekends, overtime, etc is to be expected without any type of encouragement or positivity from supervisors. Terribly toxic work environment, below market pay, no constructive performance review structure or cohesive planning -- just a disaster of a company in every capacity. They're based in Texas and it shows - a little diversity and inclusion could go a long way. The CEO is impressive and tries to implement a solid set of principles but every department below the executive level is a mess.
