      Pros

      Decent pay with commission. You pretty much decide how much money you want to make based on how hard you work. Plenty of freedom. Managers are really laid back and they don't micromanage. They pay for your milage when driving to a job.

      Cons

      Repetitive work. If you can't lift cable boxes and are too out of shape the job might not be for you. Benefits could be alot better.

      Long commute, which made the job less sustainable for me Working in the sun can be tough
